Greetings warriors of Clan Wolverine. This page is where your codex will be established. The form below is necessary to give you a history with the Clan. Please fill in all of the information before submitting the form as this information helps the Clan get to know you and builds the camaraderie necessary to have a winning team. It is also suggested that you submit a picture in either .JPG or .GIF so that you may be put in uniform. This picture needs to be one similar to that of a police mug shot in stance as the uniform images are forward facing and the helmet needs to be put over the face in one rendering (if you do not have an image you can take your driver's license or picture ID to a Kinkos or similar store and scan it, then use that.
